                         In 1979 compounds were the rage, recurves were a small pjpg of the market.
                          It was almost as if there was an effort to "get" the last of the recurves

 

        This was a way to easy you from your                                                                                                       recurve  into a compound

  Then they offered to cut up your recurve and make
                                                                                  a compound out of it

 

 
 If you were still not sure there was a  bow with one recurve limb and one    
                              compound limb


                                                                                                                             

                                              They sold field points that bent on impact                         

 

                                     

                                         They sold broadheads that became 10" razor
                                                         blades on impact
